Seasoned painters, Joanne Thorne Arnold & Eileen Seeley Schlag are 2 Joyful Artists who will exhibit works in oils inspired by the landscape and atmosphere of the light throughout the seasons. Joanne will share recent color field pieces that touch upon her garden and scenes from her home. Plein air (outdoor) paintings will also be shown.

Eileen is continuing to experiment with texture, color and atmosphere using the mixture of oils and cold wax to depict abstracted, imaginative and somewhat fantastic land and cityscapes. Eileen’s paintings are inspired by photos, nature and her imagination.
