On Sept. 4-5 the galleries and businesses on State St. will have a Block Party, Friday 5-11 pm and Sat 1-6 pm. On Friday after sundown the very first Projection Festival will bring video and art to five buildings on State St. Vendors, Food, Arts and Crafts, and lots of Musical Entertainment.
